Wonderful new hotel with very friendly staff many of who spoke English.
Tosei Hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot just around the corner from Tsukiji Fish Market a definite plus also only a short walk to 2 subway stations making getting around Tokyo that much easier.
Not a dislike however it did take a little time getting used to the Japanese style furniture, but when in Japan.

A bit over priced and room was small. Otherwise all perfect

Modern hotel at edge pf Tsukiji Outer Market with many great dining options nearby
The location at the edge of Tsukiji Outer Market was very convenient for eating, but not as convenient to other parts of Tokyo and neighborhoods. It is also right by the river and the views from the fine bridge nearby are quite spectacular. Not far from Ginza and can walk to Higashi Ginza Station. The room was relatively small, but designed efficiently in a contemporary style. The public bath was large, but a bit crowded when I was there, so timing might be an issue to check. There is a small library/lounge next to the lobby to drink coffee which they make available (and some other machine-made beverages like hot chocolate or tea), a nice treat in the morning if you are a coffee drinker.
Our room was small, no drawers to put away clothes and limited space for suitcases and clothes if you have large ones. I did not experience the breakfast at the hotel since the Tsukiji Market is right there with SO many great breakfast options. I found the public bath could be a little crowded and not as peaceful as it could have been but it was relatively large. A bit inconvenient to get to other parts of Tokyo due to subway connections and general location, but just need to change trains to get around.
